A run-sheet PWA for a national dashcam-installation operation — built for the parking lot, not the desk, and in daily production use by working installers.
Field installation work has a software problem: the job happens in vehicle bays, parking garages, and lots with one bar of signal, but the tracking tools assume an office and a stable connection. The D2D Run Sheet is the opposite bet — an offline-first PWA where the day's jobs, statuses, and notes live on the device and sync when the network shows back up.
Built around the actual workday
Installers open the day's run sheet, work through installs, and capture what matters per-vehicle without fighting the UI — because the interface was designed around how the route actually flows, with the client's process baked in rather than configured around. It deploys continuously: real feedback from the field goes in, updates roll out, the crew keeps moving.
Why it's here
Because "production" doesn't mean a demo that survived a meeting — it means software that working technicians rely on every day and would notice within the hour if it broke. This is the kind of focused, workflow-shaped internal tool that most shops assume they can't afford. They can.
