Jobs are leaking
out of your operation.
I find where. I fix it.
You're the best tech in town, but the business around the work is leaking — the lead that called the next name on Google, the website that looks a decade behind your competitors, the estimate nobody followed up on, the ticket entered twice. Appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, auto, installs — I rebuild the whole operation: how the work gets tracked and followed up, how you show up online and get found, and how it feels to book you and hear back.
This vertical is where the receipts come from.
The numbers above aren't projections. They're the verified results of a 17-month engagement with a Fredericksburg appliance-repair shop that grew from $235,568 to $404,888 in a year on the pipeline I built — while the owner's job changed from "field every call" to "show up to the booked appointment." The full case study, channel tables and all, is here.
Nothing about it was magic. Five ways a customer can reach the business — call, web chat, voicemail, booking link, missed call — all feed one automated pipeline: the AI answers in the caller's language, pulls the job details mid-conversation, checks whether it's an existing customer, and writes the booked job straight into Kickserv. Landline callers the system can't text get an automatic callback. Nothing leaks.
It runs on what you already have
No CRM migration, no website replacement. At the anchor customer the whole system deployed onto their existing Hibu site and Kickserv CRM. If you run Jobber, Housecall Pro, or a paper calendar, the audit will tell you honestly what fits — and the system meets your tooling where it is.
The whole operation, tightened up.
Three steps, plain language.
The operations review
I look at how your phone, web, and job flow runs today and show you exactly where jobs and hours are leaking. Done personally by me. No obligation.
Fixed quote, scoped to you
Real numbers after the review — transparent starting prices are on the pricing menu. Month-to-month, no annual contracts.
Live, on your tooling
The system deploys onto your existing site and CRM. You own what I build, and the phone stops being your bottleneck.
What shop owners ask before they hire me.
Do I need a whole new website, or can you work with what I have?
Depends on what you've got. If your site is fast and does the job, I build on it. If it's slow, dated, or invisible on Google, replacing it usually pays for itself in the work you're currently losing to competitors who just look more legit online. The free Operations Review tells you honestly which one you're in — I'm not going to sell you a rebuild you don't need.
Will it book into the software I already use — Jobber, Housecall Pro, Kickserv?
The goal is that it books the job straight into the system you already run — Kickserv, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and similar — so there's no re-keying and no messages to clear. Where a live integration isn't native, I'll tell you straight what's automated and what still needs a hand. I ran a shop for years myself, so this is built by someone who lives in the workflow.
Can you actually get me found on Google, not just build a site?
Yes — the site is only half of it. I set up and clean up your Google Business Profile, get your hours and services right, build the local SEO so "HVAC near me" or "plumber in your town" surfaces you, and make it easy for happy customers to leave reviews. Being genuinely local should win that search; I make sure your online presence backs it up.
What does it cost, and am I locked into a long contract?
Real numbers after the Operations Review — transparent starting anchors are on the main pricing menu. Everything recurring is month-to-month, no annual contracts, cancel anytime. The review is free and tells you which tier, if any, your shop actually needs before you spend a dollar.
Can it handle my Spanish-speaking customers?
Yes — it answers in up to 8 languages including Spanish. In a lot of trades that's revenue that was walking out the door: a caller you can't understand is a job your competitor books. I'll be honest about which languages are rock-solid versus which we should test during the review.
I'm a one-truck operation — is it even worth it at my size?
Maybe, maybe not, and I'll tell you straight. Low volume cuts both ways: each call is worth more, so missing one hurts more, but there's a floor where the monthly fee won't pay off. The free Operations Review settles it on your real numbers — and a lower-cost piece like web chat may fit a small shop better than the full phone agent.
Are you a real person who'll still be around?
Yes — Johnathan Viruet. Fourteen years in customer-facing automotive diagnostics before I founded the company in 2023, and I still run my own shop. Based in Locust Grove, VA, serving Fredericksburg and Central Virginia. Real name, real phone (540-440-1811), real email. The no-contract terms and verifiable receipts are me betting on results, not lock-in.
